Disgusting service

Absolutely horrible service from the delivery guy by the name of Thokozani , contact number ***. He was very rude and arrogant. He kept screaming at me and had such an attitude. The delivery was due for the 8th or March however was delivered on the 7th or March therefore I was not expecting the order or a phone call as the app I ordered on still stated that it was doing to be delivered on the 8th of March and the guy was angry with me as if someone forced him to get a delivery job. Is this the service we pay for???
