Disgusting service - close down

This company doesn't even deserve a star, my deliver was supposed to be on the 30th of November, and thanks to fastway, I will be missing my event tomorrow due to their incompetence branch (fastway Johannesburg).

Why do we order online, and then you guys don't know how to deliver on time. Money down the drain.
