Disgusting Service

Utterly disgusted with the service. Parcel not delivered today and it is now almost 16:30 and still nothing has arrived. I have tried calling them numerous times and its a long process and for the entire day I only got thru to one person who then transfered me to another useless team that doesnt answer calls. This is pathetic service.
