DISGUSTING SERVICE

I was supposed to receive my parcel last week Friday, the 22nd of April. It is now the 29th of April. ONE WEEK LATE!! The first excuse given to me was that the address could not be located, WHICH IS ABSOLUTE ********!!!!!!! Countless parcels have been delivered to this address. However, I was kind enough to give another address which is a MEDICAL PRACTICE and guess what? The SAME excuse was given to me!! Medicines are delivered from abroad to this practice on the daily and yet your company couldn't locate the address? What a joke. The company I've purchased my item emailed this company and was promised my parcels delivery today - The CORRECT address was given countless times. The driver called me at exactly 12:53 pm. After much conclusion, we've established that the driver was in ERMELO and not BREYTEN. Breyten is about 20 min away from Ermelo. I did not lose my cool, and told the driver that I'm in no rush to receive the parcel as long as I get it today. I then called the driver at 16:00 and then again at 16:30 as he did not answer the previous call. The driver was unapologetically rude and told me that he will not deliver my parcel as we had many other parcels to deliver. I gave him multiple warnings that if I do not receive my parcel today, I WILL take this up with head office as well as give a TERRIBLE review on hello Peter. He was so arrogant as to tell me that I should 'make a plan' so that he could deliver it somewhere in Ermelo. I called multiple times after that waiting for my parcel only to realize that in his unprofessionalism blocked my number. . This is unacceptable!!
