Disgusting service
<p>Second bad experience with this company. I have been waiting for a parcel all week. The online tracking system said since tuesday that it was on the truck. It is now Friday and no sign of the parcel. I desperately needed it by today and now i cannot give my son the gift for his 21st birthday!! I am appauled. You cannot get hold of anyone at the branch- I was cut off 3 times today trying to ask what the hell is going on but no luck. When i will get this parcel who knows but it has totally ruined the surprise. Thank you Fastway Couriers - you definitely do not live up to your name!!!! I will never use you again.</p>
Fastway Couriers finally delivered the parcel on Saturday. They have redeemed themselves but I still think the service was terrible and the fact that you cannot get hold of anyone to try and escalate issues is bad.
