Disgusting / No Service from FastWay Couriers

Really PATHETIC service ! First they didnt update their payment side, shows I had unpaid tax for almost 1 week after I already paid. Now, I cannot get my package. Showed yesterday its out for delivery. I contacted FastWay on WhatsApp, was told by Shanelle my package should have come yesterday. Now on FW website, its not even in Bloemfontein anymore, now its in East Bay. No answer on WhatsApp, no answer on their website chat, no answer from Temu. R6000 package. DISGUSTING SERVICE ! Will stay away from this **** company ! Will take this further as well. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!
