Disgusting FASTAWAY COURIER service!!!!

I am so angry,I can hardly write!!!!! My wine delivery left Anura Wine farm 10 days ago,the box was not handled correctly and bottles were broken,after a week of calling and sending msgs to Fastaway,eventually yesterday my new box was collected and I sat in all day today AND upon phoning the courier,I was told it was delivered,what absolute bull….t,I am currently waiting for so - called Jason the courier to send me the number of the so called person who signed for my delivery!!! I know this will not happen,absolutely shameful and shocking so-called courier service….I am about to contact my bank and due to non-delivery,send my payment back!!!! And certainly not Wine farms fault,NEVER EVER USE FASTAWAY COURIERS!!!!
