Disgusting Driver

I would like to report the Fastway courier in Kuruman, I have never in my life had such disgusting service. The driver called me and said they are at my gate to deliver, I informed them that I was not at home and alternatively can I meet her to collect my parcel, she refused and hung up the phone in my ear, I called her back reprimanding her about her attitude and that I want my parcel, AGAIN, she hung up the phone, so I proceeded to WhatsApp her in order to get a response, she then responded by saying she will deliver it after I had threatened to call her boss, she eventually delivered he parcel and when I addressed her about her behaviour she swore back at me saying she doesn't F*kn care if I call her boss, I have never had such disgusting service!!! truly mortified that she still has a job, because after I told a few of my colleagues of what had happened, a few people confirmed that she is utterly rude and very disrespectful to people of colour!! Please help me report her people of KURUMAN and KATHU!! the fastway should not allow for such staff to continue working
