Disgusting delivery services

They don't even deserve one star. Kurhula Ngwenya their delivery guy in Bushbuckridge Dwarsloop threatened to throw my parcel away, called me names and was rude when he called me and asked me to go meet him at the main road when he was already there. We pay for door to door but their delivery guys expect us to fly to the main roads when they deliver. He left with my parcel when I was already walking to meet him there, just because according to I made him wait but didn't even attempt to meet me half way. I'd never recommend fastways, you'll never receive your parcel on time, their drivers are so rude and disrespectful and when you complain to the company they do nothing about it
