DISGUSTING DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I honestly wish there was a minus rating because their customer service is disgusting to say the least. The lady I spoke to regarding my parcel had an attitude, sounded so impatient and irritated by me.

My parcel was handed over to them on the 1st of December at 7am already, and it was supposed to have been delivered to me by the 5th.

I truly wish companies would stop using them, it is not my first bad experience with this courier company.
