Disgusting Customer Service

I was informed yesterday that my parcel is out for delivery. At the end of the day I was informed that the driver could not make the delivery and it was scheduled for today. It is after 5 in the evening and I still have not received my parcel. I am disgusted at the level of service, to say the least.
