Disgusting customer service !

This organisation has the worst customer service EVER!! I have a parcel sitting at the Cape Town depot for 6 days . Been trying to contact the depot but no success! I waited on the live chat for more than 2 hours with no response from an agent . I then called in and was on hold for an hour . I reach “caller number 1” and then whichever *********** employee doesn’t even answer but just places it back into the queue for me to get another message stating I’m caller number 7 again ! My goodness, I have never experienced such horrific customer service in my life !!! It’s disgusting
