Disgusting customer service

I wish there was a "zero star rating"... How can I even give one star for NO SERVICE. I try to speak to an agent... no reply. They say they tried to deliver 3 times already but that's not true at all... They do have the right addres as they delivered in the past month, but now they are not Fastway anymore. They should change their names to SLOW Way....
