Disgusting customer service

worst courier service, disgusting customer service, empty promises, they drop your calls, their online service is an absolute waste of time. Packages get returned to warehouse, numerous times I have given strict instructions to call me if they struggle to find my location, they never do, just return the packages back to depo. Google maps screenshots have been sent and I was promised they would get sent to the driver, they never were, no follow up, nothing, emails never get answered. Unfortunately, this is my suppliers courier of service. My supplier is now an ex supplier due to Fastway couriers pathetic service.
