Disgusting behaviour

I am disgusted with fastway couriers service. I have a package that I need to be delivered to my aunt in boksburg for her birthday next week. I tracked it on the fastway website and it said it was unable to be delivered. So I called them to find out why. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and it is for this reason after this delivery is finally with my aunt that I will never use fast couriers again. Highly disgusted in how I was spoken to as customer whose paying them to deliver my parcel to my Tĩa (Spanish for Aunty)
