DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is disturbing that Fastway Couriers continues to give such bad service. If it was the first time i would probably let it slide. My parcel should have been delivered 3 days ago and it hasn't. What is disturbing the most is the incorrect update they put in the system when you track your parcel. For instance; they updated the system at 6am to say they could not deliver the parcel. Which courier company do deliveries that early in the morning, because they don't and there has been someone at home the whole time to receive the parcel And then you call their customer service, instead of following up for you as a client they give you the driver's number. Not only do they give you the driver's number that does not work for the company anymore (how do they not know this?) they confirm with you that the parcel was scanned out for delivery that morning by the same driver who does not work for the company anymore. How disorganized are these people really? Upon calling the poor guy (that does not work for the company anymore) i called Fastway again and asked for the lady's name that i spoke to earlier on, only to be told there are 3 people with the same name. By now you can imagine the frustration I was going through. It does not end there, the correct driver's name and number is finally being located and he simply does not answer his work phone. That is just plain disrespect for your job or overworked so much that for him to get through the work he has to neglect some parts of his job, which is shocking! When he finally decides to answer at around 4h30 i am told that he cannot deliver my parcel because it is too late the driver is already on his way back to the depo. Please note that the customer service agent told me that they deliver until 6pm. So they have been sitting with my parcel for 7days and they call that customer service?? I cannot explain the urgency of the parcel. Someone's health depends on it and we have people getting paid for doing nothing and bringing harm to other people! TOTALLY DISPEAKABLE! DISTURBING! UNACCEPTABLE! DISGUSTING! there is not enough words to describe it really. I am supper annoyed.
