DISGUSTED!

1 star is still too high for this company. I have had a multitude of terrible experiences! I have complained to all staff I know and am still to receive any reply. From parcels not reaching their destinations on time, 0 response to queries, 0 care of what my needs are to meet my business requirements and just all round inefficiency and lack of care for me as a customer, who has substantial courier needs.. I have now asked for my funds to be refunded to me so that I can move them to a more efficient courier and it has been 2,5 weeks and still no refund or update on its progress. Do not use this company! Their rates seem lower but the cost to manage them and then to ultimately have to use a different supplier when you are desperate and then need emergency assistance will cost you far more in the long run!
