Disgruntled customer!

I have a complaint about Fastway Couriers.I had a face products sent to me from Johannesburg on the 5th of May and I still haven't received them(15 May 2020).At first my products were sent to Cape Town(while clearly marked EC) and had to be redirected to Johannesburg then sent to East London and no one had the decency to call and alert me or the sender of the mishap(instead I read on the website while tracking my parcel).And then the parcel arrived at the EL depot on the 13th of May but still it hasn't reached me and I haven't received any reason why!
