Disgraceful Service received

I have my international parcel that arrived and clared by customs on the 26th June 2024 Tracking number Z***. Last update on Fastway courier website was the 2nd July to date there has not been any trace of my parcel. I phoned Fastway Johannesburg and an arrogant consultant told me that I must phone customs it's not their responsibility to go fetch the parcel but for customs to deliver it to their Fastway warehouse...how pathetic is that when Customs informed them that the parcel has been cleared and Fastway confirmed that their aware that the parcel needs to be collected and deliver to me. Fastway consultant was not interested nor further assist me not escalate my quiry whatsoever to date. Even now last tracking updates on Fastway courier website says the 2nd July so I'm supposed to sit here and wait for a miracle to happen for my parcel to be delivered by Fastway courier Johannesburg.... utterly disgusting service
