Disappointing service delivery & empty promises

Very disappointed. Got a message that my parcels had been delivered, but I did not receive them. Trying to call them is futile - phones just don't get answered. Got a response to my email & a promise to follow up, but that has been almost a week without a response. I have advised the company from where I ordered my items to not use Fastway again!
