Disappointing Service

This is by far the worst customer experience I had experienced within the courier companies. I called Fastway Couriers Cape Town to track my parcel and the lady on the customer service department answered "hello" then hung up. This occured more than 6 times. I then called their sales department requesting to be directed to their customer service, hoping they would answer. The lady on the sales dept transfered me through and customer service still hung up. Their service is utterly disappointing!
