Disappointing service

I was contacted on Monday morning advising I would receive my delivery during the day. Its now Thursdsy evening & I still haven't received it. I called the offices twice today & was told they called the driver, Hector, who was entering my area & would deliver to me soon. That was 3:30pm and yet at 6:30pm still nothing. Absolutely shocking. How can I be told everyday for 4 days that its being delivered today. I am out of pocket for the product I paid for aswell as delivery fee which is paid UPFRONT. Absolutely shocking
