Disappointing Experience with Fastway Couriers - Poor Communication and Unreliable Delivery

I've had the misfortune of using Fastway Couriers twice, and both times, I've been left frustrated with the lack of communication and unreliable delivery. In both instances, I had to use the WhatsApp chat service to get updates on my orders, as I received no direct communication from the courier team.

The latest experience was particularly disappointing. I received an email at 11:34 AM stating that my order was out for delivery, and I adjusted my plans accordingly. However, the order never arrived, and I am left waiting.

Fastway Couriers needs to seriously improve its communication and delivery processes. Until then, I'd advise others to think twice before using their services.
