Disappointing Experience: Frustrating and Inefficient Service"

If there was a zero rating, its what this company deserves. They are the worst courier service provider i have ever had my parcels given to.

I paid my customs on the 27th June, till date still not delivered. They updated on the 2nd of July that the parcel was out for delivery.

This is so disappointing because they delivered my other parcels and excluded one. I just hope I never have any of my parcels with this team.
