Disappointing experience and NO service

This is the worst courier company I've experienced, I had a typing error on the delivery address, which I wanted to correct. I've tried all the communication options (WhatsApp, online chat, telephone) several times, but no answer, no reply. I got a message on Thursday that my parcel is out for delivery. It wasn't delivered. Again I'm trying to get hold of them to confirm the delivery address, but no success! I've tried to located the courier, but again, the website is not helpful at all.
