Disappointing delivery service- VERY SLOW

Such a disappointing experience with fastway nelspruit. Fastway has been sitting with my parcel since the 18 December. When I gave them a call on the 22nd of December. I was promised that the parcel will be delivered on the 24th of December as I stressed it was a Christmas gift for my sister. Now to my knowledge the nelspruit branch is closed on the 24th of December. Highly disappointed in the lack of communication and service from this branch.
