Disappointing

The worst experience that I've ever with fastway, my package has been on board the vehicle for 3 weeks now, ordered early to beat the Christmas rush, still waiting for the package to be delivered, I've tried calling, tried the WhatsApp number, even the manager, received no assistance from anyone.
