Disappointing

Hi,

I received a notification that my shipment would be delivered today, 23/07/2024. I waited all day for Fastway Couriers, but my parcel still hasn't arrived. They should consider changing their name to Slow Way Couriers because their service is truly disappointing.

Suppliers should switch to The Courier Guy, as they always deliver on time and efficiently.
