Disappointed in Fastway

I’m genuinely disappointed with the service I received from Fastway Courier’s Pretoria branch. After placing an order, I was informed that the courier wouldn’t deliver to my address because they feared being hijacked in my area. Instead, they instructed me to meet them at a Shell garage to collect my parcel—an inconvenience I was willing to accept for the sake of finally receiving my order. However, when I arrived at the designated location, no one from Fastway was there. I waited patiently for over two hours, trying to contact them multiple times. When I finally got through, I was told my tracking number was incorrect. I explained the situation and reminded them of the prior arrangement, but instead of assisting me, they abruptly hung up. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. No follow-up, no apology, no effort to resolve the issue. I’m left without my parcel, without answers, and with a deep sense of frustration. This experience has been completely unacceptable
