DISAPPOINTED BY FAR, YOU ARE AN EXCUSE FOR A COURIER COMPANY

So where do I start... the second time using them with very bad experience!! First of all the guys that does the deliveries have a very bad attitude, arrogant! With my second time using them they dont deliver my parcel on the delivery date, tried to phone them more than 20 times with no awnser, next day the same and eventually an awnser... so the manager assured me to deliver my parcel before 11 the morning as I told her we are on our way on holiday and had to check in at 10 already!! Guess what still no show with the delivery. I've called the delivery guy, had an excuse like usual and hanged up the phone on me! I feel like to hold them responsible for our holiday fees for the day as we couldn't leave home! They we're supposed do deliver my parcel on the 12th because we we're leaving the 13th.
