Disappointed and Very Angry

If there is one thing I hate is being told that my parcel will be delivered today and it is not delivered! I had to sit in the house and not leave since there is no other person to receive my parcel. I called around 4pm to ask of they still coming, I wad told my area receives deliveries between 4-5 pm… I sat in the house the whole day for no reason! This is so inconveniencing
