Disappointed

<p>A parcel would have been delivered today by Fastway to me but this was such a disappointment. I am still waiting. The Fastway app said that it is on it's way I phoned to confirm that it will be before 16:00. After so much calls to the Depot and driver that started to lie about times I still don't have my parcel. JHB Depot call centre, the mobile app and driver were a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT </p>
