Didn't receive my parcel

Greetings...i didn't receive my parcel but when I'm tracking it is showed that it delivered somewhere else and they telling me different story they gave me courier guy's number and he denied that he delivered my parcel... They didn't even call me, I didn't even get any update from them yooo I'm so disappointed
