Devious Staff

I had purchased an item from bidorbuy and the supplier used fastway couriers. I waited a few days for the delivery and then on the fourth day started tracking the parcel as my sons birthday was two days later. I did not receive the parcel or a courtesy call to say that there was a delay , I was also disappointed as my son did not get his gift on his birthday. I received a call from someone today who informed me that fastway delivered my parcel to her incorrectly and refused to fetch it from her to deliver it to the correct adress. What an unprofessional company is fastway, with unprofessional staff that keep transferring my enquiry to different staff who put me on hold, a company going downhill.
