Despicable process and resolution from this company

Shocking service!!!!! Firstly they have the wrong contact details. Secondly they decide to call me ok the wrong number and ifcourse because they calling hmthe wrong number, the driver just decides he is not going to come to business address and deliver. Despicable service. I want my delivery today!!!! I will wait here till 10pm if I have to!!!
