Please stop sending Derrick to deliver my parcels.I complained about him and how do you guys repay me? Sending him back with the same ****.Blaming our keypad and phones for him not being able to contact us.I tested my gate after he left and low and behold it worked.I told him how is it that Fastway only has an issue with our system and no one else,keeping in mind the transport company that fetches and drops our daughter seemed to contact me via our intercom system quite fine.Derrick also did inform me that he’s the owner of the Pretoria branch(I don’t care)and claimed his guys tried getting through to me and my wife 4 times failing on each.Please stop sending Mr complain to my house and tell him that hooting Infront of someone’s home is so rude.Next time I see him I’m going to have words ,
