depressing service ever!!!!!!!!!!

yooooh!!! extremely poor. my parcel was dispatched for delivery (out for delivery ) but you never get receive it i had to wait for hours hoping to get my delivery at work after i knocked off, the consultant are helpless and clues of customer service and extremely unenthusiastic when communicating with them, when you call them to raise your consent they will say "hold so we can check with the system" then they transfare you to another clueless consultant and you have start over and explain your problems again. i called the next day early morning (8:00) to check why did they failed to deliver, you wont get any reason! and when Glen( consultant) tried to communicate with the driver(Ishmael) who failed to deliver my parcel for no reason he just got angry and and showed attitude. i asked for the manager and they will tranfare you to the manager but the manager never answers ever!!!. i have never felt so helpless in my entire life for the service i paid for. the company needs to employ more people like GLEN,very useful gentleman.
