Deplorable Service from Fastway Couriers

Worst Courier Company I have ever come across. The attitude of their employees is deplorable. I was expecting a delivery from TEMU and they told me to come collect it at the police station about 20 minutes away from my home because my "address falls under the grey zone". Why do they accept delivery of stuff that falls under the address they cannot deliver to?? The call centre agent simply told me there's nothing they can do to help me. I would never recommend Fastway Couriers to anyone.
