Delivery

I've been waiting for my package from China which was shipped by buffalo logistics for a month now .I called buffalo last week they told me it was now with fast way couriers 'they are the ones to deliver it' I called them n they told me to give them the tracking number,I gave them the buffalo one but they said I needed to give them the fast way one,I didn't understand cause I never got any tracking number from fast way. yesterday they called n said the'll deliver it but till now I haven't received my package when I track it with the buffalo tracking number it says delivered. And they are not saying anything. I don't have any airtime to contact them.
