Delivery delayed
My parcel has been moving with the courier guy from the 7th of November then taken back to the depot ( South bay 1) for 3 consecutive days. I wait at home the whole day thinking they will deliver. Please assist

11 Nov 2024, 16:56I’ve been calling their office the whole day, from one consultant to the other since 8h30. They keep me on line without giving me any feed back. The last person I spoke to said the supervisor will call the driver and an ask why the parcel hasn’t been delivered . When you ask for a driver’s number so that you can go and pick up , they don’t give you… The service is so poor
