Delivery delay since last year

I placed my order from game store last year 27 december and even today i havent got my parcel,when i track it on the tracking number 2R*** its in joburg hub and the is no movement on it,what else must i do in order for my parcel to be delivered?the worst part its stationary for my child.i called East London,joburg hub and even texted on fastway whatsapp with no help.the guy who assisted me yesterday called tyric said today my parcel will depart from joburg to blomfontein but when i track it its stil saying my parcel is in joburg hub.Help hellopeter am tired of calling fastway people even the ones who took my number they never get back to me.you my last hope.
