Delivery delay

I've been waiting for my order since the 29th October 2021, they've been promising to deliver but even now I haven't received it

I tried to call the company I placed my order from they been trying to communicate with fast way people but still the matter is unresolved

I'm tired of waiting I want them to return the parcel back to Chepa and refund my money
