Delivery company with no customer service

I needed to make an address change as I’ll be working from home for 2 weeks due to health complications. I called fastway to make this change but whenever I opted for the customer service option they make me hold just for the call to be cut, this was done multiple times. Ended up reaching out on WhatsApp which was the worst because that stupid not kept on repeating the same thing. The service is poor, it’s just ***********. Definitely not a good courier option because clients will struggle to get assisted
