Delivery

So I had a delivery today and used the address I normally use whenever something is couriered to me. So today the driver called to tell me he’s on his way and I waited, and he called to say he was outside l I waited a whole 10 minutes outside for him and eventually he called to say he’s in another section that is not even near my home address So as I was trying to explain to him that I’m quite far from the area he’s in and I don’t know why his gps took him that far coz I only use and stay in the address he has, he got angry and started yelling and telling me he doesn’t stay in delft how do i expect him to know where my area is at ….i literally had to walk a whole 30 minutes to where he was so I could get my parcel as he said he won’t be moving from that place because it’s not his fault that he doesn’t stay in delft as if some other drivers from other reputable courier companies stays in delft….the rudeness, the incompetence and the level of disrespect he showed me as a customer is unacceptable
