Delivery a Joke

Twice now with the Cape Town branch I have no luck at all. The lines continuously state they are busy and no courier answers Cellphones or returns messages. Don't get me started on the online enquiries. Again it's taken 9 days for a parcel to arrive. Website again claims "unable to deliver". No call cards left at premises (which I am sitting at all day waiting). Utterly pathetic customer service.
