Fastways courriers South Africa refuse to deliver my package to my home address yet have paid full service fee and speedup or urgent delivery fee, yet they refuse to deliver. This is for the 3rd time experiencing such with them. A Lady by the name Johanna even rudely dropped the phone on me without even providing a solutions. I am not fit enough meet with them where they want and package cannot be handled by hands to ma house. I have never experienced such bad service with other couriers but Fastways. Promises they cannot keep
