Extremely bad service, bunch of ******** and very rude senior stuff members, I’ve been waiting for my parcel which was collected in Johannesburg Sandton on the 23rd of February, up to now no one knows where my parcel is. I’ve been calling Johannesburg branch numerous times, which they always refer me to the online enquiry form. I completed the form on the 3rd of March and still no response to date
