delivery

I am disappointed as Buffalo chose them as third party for delivery but they the slowest they don't even answer questions on the chat and on watsapp..we need our parcels urgently by tomorrow as its for Eid and its still somewhere in Bay2 and my sister's is parcel just scanned I cant even trace it so this is pathetic as her one was last week sent to third party,I don't know what is taking so long...its pass 12days Buffalo just made the worst mistake by giving them our parcels to deliver ..I need urgent call...
