Delivers your package to the wrong people and don't assist you with feedback

Our delivery notice came through on 06/12/2024 that our package was delivered, however we never received any delivery from them. I contacted them that same day and was on the line for more than 3 hours to which NO ONE assisted me, I was only being transferred the entire time. I sent a WhatsApp, but still no feedback, I sent an inbox on Facebook and was told they would resolve the case. I have been on the live chat, showing an agent is online but STILL no assistance. How do you deliver packages to the wrong addresses and just don't respond with assistance in resolving the case? We have now lost a huge amount of funds and nothing to show for it. PATHETIC!
