Delivered to wrong person in wrong town

This courier service is very unreliable. My supplier sent me a parcel to Mokopane and the parcel was delivered to Polokwane and no address on the tracking page. The parcel was delivered to the incorrect person in an incorrect town and no phone call prior to delivery. I lost out on my parcel.
